Return to Work / Post Accident Programs

Jane M. Stark, MD, MPH will review some of the history of the worker’s compensation system, along with best practices and considerations of return to work or return to function programs, as well as some reflections on how she has seen the system work.   She will also briefly touch on the Department of Transportation commercial driver medical examinations. This is a great opportunity to understand best practices with Return to Work / Post Accident Programs to be prepared to assist employees should they become injured in the workplace.
